US Processing Times: New orders must be placed by 11:45 AM Pacific Time (PT) for them to be processed the same day, otherwise they will be processed the following business day. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) of receipt unless otherwise specified. 

US Shipping: Domestic Shipping is handled by USPS and UPS depending on the customers needs and are charged above the price of goods sold. 

Please be aware, due to shipping carrier delays, we cannot guarantee USPS and UPS shipping times.

INTERNATIONAL AND CANADA

International Shipping: International shipping is handled by UPS and is calculated by weight and charged to customers over and above the price of goods sold. 

Canadian Shipping: Canadian shipping is handled by USPS and UPS. We strongly advise using UPS for all Canadian orders as USPS can be unreliable.

 NAKED STRONGLY ADVISES PURCHASING ROUTE INSURANCE FOR ALL SHIPMENTS. If you remove Route from your order and chose to opt out of Route package protection, we will not be responsible if your order is lost, stolen or damages in transit.
